At the moment there are several interested parties.
Some of the second meetings have not resulted in a proposal yet, but it is expected that proposals will emerge with the pressure we are exerting.
The original interested party is a multinational company and remains interested, however the decision to make a proposal is at the company's international headquarters.
One of the other major interested parties will need more area for it to make sense to consider the business and it is important to study the possibility of presenting the adjacent land to this client or other clients with a similar profile.
There are also interested parties in just one of the properties, and from the outset, we would like to discuss your interest in selling one of the properties separately if that proves to be the best outcome.
